Regular-Priced Items

All full-price purchases on shopresacollection.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within the specified return period.

Items must be: In original condition with tags attached. Items free from any deodorant marks, scents, makeup stains or sign of wear.

All returns must be initiated through our returns portal to be valid for a refund and or exchange. All Returns or exchanges must be sent back with the order specific return label, if you order multiple orders they must be returned separately.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes can only be applied to full price items.

How to Start a Return

Processing Time

Please allow sufficient time for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages — no exceptions.

We offer Order Protection at checkout as optional insurance. If declined, we are not liable for any delivery issues.

For tracking or delivery issues, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

International Orders

Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping and providing their own tracking.

CHARGEBACK POLICY:

Any credit card charge-backs will be handled by our collection agency. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a charge-back for products we shipped to your shipping address. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within the specified timeframe and your information will be reported to the Credit Bureau Agency. We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a charge-back, this may help avoid credit issues. We take credit card scams very seriously and we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to our customers, please contact us with your concerns.
