Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to show the most current status of your package after you receive the notification.

This optional service is designed to prioritize your order within our fulfillment queue. Please note that selecting this option does not alter the shipping speed or method chosen at checkout; it simply ensures your order is processed ahead of standard orders.

Shipping Protection & Lost Packages

shopresacollection.com is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, with no exceptions.

Shipping Protection is available during checkout as an optional, third-party insurance for all outgoing packages. In the event that a protected package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, any claim must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery date. Claims cannot be processed for issues reported after this window.

By declining Shipping Protection at checkout, you acknowledge that shopresacollection.com holds no liability for any delivery-related issues that may arise.

For all questions regarding the tracking or delivery of a package, customers are required to contact the shipping carrier directly to file any necessary claims or inquiries.

International Orders

Please be aware that for all orders shipping to destinations outside of the country of origin, any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
